From first contact with BTL all of their staff were helpful and friendly, they listened to our problems and transparently quoted the different options for our required solutions. The first drafts were lightyears ahead of our existing works and we always felt that we were listened to. As the different projects progressed we found that they could help with more aspects of our business and so not only were our brochures, advertising and website linked, so too were our signage and therefore our brand flowed seamlessly across them all.
