Having recently started a new business especially during challenging retail times we have been more than impressed with the service received from Jav. Initially we had a meeting to discuss the building of a new website and an online marketing plan. Having found CatchLocal on Google based on the positive reviews other had left. We had no prior relationship with them so had a few quotes with CatchLocal being one of them. Jav was quite transparent with the vision for our business, from the design and structure of the site and the focus needed for the online marketing. The price quoted was fair and in line with others that had been quoted. I really liked the fact that he was knowledgeable not just about his line of work, but our business. He had done his research and with the wealth of experience in dealing with local businesses he understood the business side of things. Such as how important a marketing plan needs to be as ultimately it needs to make the business money. Clicks and impressions don't mean anything if that phone isn't ringing with customers wanting your services and spending money with you. I felt this was important going with someone who understood this, as ultimately I want to make my business grow and without generating additional income it would be a waste of a marketing budget. I felt confident entrusting Jav with the website design and online marketing. We set out an agreed plan with regular reviews tracking our progress. Website went live as expected within 3 weeks and within another 2 weeks we were appearing on Google for select keywords in our industry local to our business premises. Needless to say our phone started to ring and literally within 6-8 weeks our phone was ringing around 10-15 times a week with new enquiries. Bearing in mind we had only setup our business around 10 weeks prior so 100% can relate to the online marketing kicking in. As most customers were calling from online and requesting our services. Along the way we managed to secure a few commercial contracts which being local to us wanted a local service provider. Great news. During the initial stages we had some teething problems operation wise within our business, and Jav was at hand giving us his tips and helped streamline certain parts of the business (bearing in mind this was nothing to do with website design or online marketing) he had faced similar issues with others and was best placed to advise us how to overcome these problems. What I also like is whenever you call there is always someone on the other end to help you. Its been around 5 months now, and we are more than completely satisfied with the service. On average our phone rings around 3-4 times a day with new customers requiring our services. I really can't recommend Jav from CatchLocal highly enough. He has certainly helped a local business grow online and we are grateful for this. Being based on a high street, foot flow is not like it used to be so using a strategic online strategy it has helped us capture those customers, provide a great service and help ourselves grow at the same time. Safe to say we will be with CatchLocal for sometime.

Fantastic service. I am a local business and from day dot they were able to offer me a tailor made solution that best suited my business. I really appreciated the time Jav took out to work with me and listen to what I needed. This is the rare type of company you just want to tell the world about. We have recently launched our website (6weeks ago) and so far the response has been positive. We have recently invoiced around £4K worth of work which came from CatchLocal’s marketing efforts. They use transparent strategies which allow us to establish new clients that come from their online marketing which is amazing especially the call whisper technology. It truly separates them from the competition and allows us to see a more transparent return on our investment. I am confident with achieving the goals set out in our SEO plan and hope to continue working with CatchLocal for the foreseeable future. It’s also difficult to find a company with a huge amount of experience, knowledge and one that can dedicate the time needed to help you achieve your vision. Our previous experience from our last marketing company was shocking and we were simply just cash flow for them with little or next to nothing return. CatchLocal has been looking after our business for the past 3 years. Initially the website was built, as our old one badly needed an overhaul. From the initial consultation to the website going live, the process was flawless and the website was built exactly as we expected. We also needed ongoing marketing so Jav with his wealth of local business experience proposed a detail marketing strategy to help generate more enquiries for the type of customers we were looking for. The phone hasn't stopped ringing since. We get a healthy amount of good quality enquiries and get a good return on our investment. We are extremely pleased with the whole experience and expect to continue with them for the foreseeable future with a muti tiered online marketing approach as this is the way the industry and users are moving towards. As others have mentioned they do take a personal approach in looking after your business and helping it grow. It always feels like we have a silent partner who has our back during the good and bad times. Always available when you call or need to meet up to discuss strategies or a change in the online marketplace. It's very difficult to find a company that can do all the above really well in this day and age. Jav came to our salon HAIR E14 in Canary Wharf to discuss how he could improve our on line presence . I was more than impressed in the idea's he put to me & look forward to getting our new website designed by him .hopefully this is the start of a great working relationship with him & his business .
