My son gave me a ticket to Charlotte's workshop for Christmas as I kept on bugging him to help me with social media. I didn't know what to expect; and was a little anxious when I arrived. I can honestly say that it was one of the best presents I've had. The workshop was friendly, compassionate and patient and Charlotte embodied these qualities completely. The masterclass was excellent! Fun, inspiring and, most of all, extremely informative both in terms of approaches to marketing strategy and the functionality of Instagram. I learnt a lot and left the class inspired with a clear action plan. Charlotte was knowledgeable and personable and delivered the content in a user friendly manner with engaging slides. The Masterclass was great value and I would recommend anyone with an interest in social media marketing or who simply wants to know more about the workings of Instagram and the world of analytics to go ahead and sign up for the next one.
