We used to post on social media fairly sporadically, as we struggled to find the time to prioritise it alongside our other commitments. We really wanted to have consistent updates going out on our social channels, so we got in touch with Sophie back in 2020 to see if this was something her team would be able to support us with... and we've been working with them ever since! Lucy and Erin have been wonderful, taking all the pictures, videos, and updates we send over, and coordinating them for us across our platforms. They have supported us with our online fundraising promotion, as well as managing the JustGiving page and Facebook donations. Sophie's partner is also a web developer, who she commissioned to build (and host) our new website; a service offering that works excellently alongside a VA Agency! Collaborating with One Stop VA has been a game changer for my business. Before working with Sophie and her team, I found myself juggling every aspect of my business, a practice that was unsustainable for its growth. I knew I needed support and after speaking with another of Sophie's clients, I decided to make the leap. Sophie and her team helped me with setting up a landing page and email automation process. It was easy to hand over the wording to them and have the technical stuff sorted out without me having to worry about it! They also supported me during 4 Facebook masterclass series that I ran last year by helping me with tagging, messaging and keeping my spreadsheet up to date. Everything felt effortless and Sophie suggested a few tweaks that were invaluable. It was a relief to have more time for the things I needed to focus on.

I needed support with a business launch, and Sophie ensured I had everything set up so I could run with it - it was like a breath of fresh air to have everything taken care of! Her team created landing pages for capturing new leads and automated the process from my website through to Mailchimp. They supported me with social media, live streaming, copy editing, email automations, website updates and much more. Having that support there made me feel confident that everything else was in safe hands, so I could focus on doing what I do best. I'm very grateful to have them on my team.
